Constructed between 1908 and 1922, the original Textile Centre in Parnell was used as wool stores owned by the New Zealand Shipping Company. Over the years they were also used by Federated Farmers and the Union Steam Ship Company.
In 2014, plans to restore the Heritage Building into a vibrant and modern business hub began.
The now complete renovations thoughtfully reference the unique characteristics of the Textile Centre, restoring the simple but cold palette of natural materials from the original building.
